Loblaw Companies Ltd. is saying ‘sorry’ to a client who says she discovered a mouse in a bundle of bread she was going to buy from a Hamilton supermarket prior this week.
“We are considering this issue important and exploring every single potential reason,” Loblaw’s representative, Karen Gumbs, wrote in an email. “We apologize to our clients for the worry and burden this has caused.”
On Tuesday, a woman posted on Facebook that she was at a money enroll at No Frills, a basic supply chain possessed by Loblaw, when she recognized a live mouse taken care of bread.
