Imagine acquiring a huge number of dollars just to be let you know can’t contact that cash. That is going on right now to a lady in Canada. Her whole record is solidified and now she’s concerned she won’t have the capacity to pay her bills.

The single parent says her child’s graduation party is on hold, and she isn’t sure to what extent the lights will remain on in her home. The thing is, she has all the cash she needs however it’s useless.

“I feel like my cash is being held prisoner, each and every dime is tied up in that bank.” And her bank,  says it is simply getting things done by the book for the sake of securing clients.

Since then, she claims she’s been in the dark as to why. In the meantime, bills and hungry mouths are starting to mount up.

“My rent is due today,” she says. “I have four children. What am I supposed to do? I’ve got to be at work tomorrow morning. I work in West Bloomfield. I have no vehicle to get there. What am I supposed to do when I haven’t done anything wrong here?”

“I was crying my eyes out and I am not that type of person at all. I am a very courteous person and I am outgoing but to feel that way when all I asked was for my money to be transferred – I feel mistreated.”

“They eventually managed to unblock my card so I returned to work – I had a nervous breakdown at work and I was shaking like a leaf.

A spokeswoman said: “We have apologised for the experience she had  and offered her a gesture of goodwill.

“It was certainly not our intention to cause any offence, and our service was not as good as it should have been.
